What happens if my luggage is delayed?

You are covered for emergency purchases.

You're covered for the cost of immediate necessities if your checked luggage is delayed by at least 12 hours on the outward leg of your trip. This includes shoes, clothing, toiletries, non-prescription medication, and a bag if needed. We'll also reimburse up to $100 for transport to retrieve your luggage. 

Coverage Limits:

• Go Basic Cover: Up to $250
• Go Plus Cover: Up to $400
• Go Elite Cover: Up to $600
