      Please contact our Assistance team.

      The Assistance team is a group of medical and travel specialists available to assist 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

      The Assistance team is here to provide support while you are in a foreign country and uncertain about what to do. We can assist with:

      • Communicating with doctors
      • Arranging your return home
      • Meeting medical travel requirements
      • Providing aid for lost passports, which can be complicated if there is no consulate nearby
      • Passing messages to your family or travel agent
      • Plus additional support as needed
