Yes, You can authorise someone on your behalf.
You need to provide us with written authorisation from your personal email. The authorisation must include a statement that you are authorising someone to act on your behalf and must include their name, email address, and phone number for us to contact your nominated person.
Alternatively, this can be done via a recorded phone call where the same information will be provided.

I, [Your Full Name], hereby authorise [Authorised Person's Full Name] to act on my behalf regarding my ongoing claim [Claim Number] with Go Insurance.
