Yes, you can request a policy amendment by completing the Request a Change to My Policy Form, which can be found on our website. The links are also below for your convenience.
These changes can include altering your start date, end date, adding any of our additional options including Cruise, Golf, Business, Water Sports or Snow Sports covers. You may wish to add an activity or update changes to pre-existing medical conditions etc.
If we agree to make the requested changes to your policy, you may be required to pay additional premium.
You can generally change your policy prior to departure if you meet the following criteria:
• You are still within the age limits of the policy;
• You are still eligible for cover and there have been no changes to Your medical status since the date of purchase;
• You do not intend to lodge a claim against the policy; and
• Your policy period (from the date of purchase) will not exceed 18 months in total.
If You are unable to meet the criteria above, You may be able to purchase a new policy with the relevant changes.
