Yes, you can increase your cover to a higher tier (such as Go Plus and Go Elite) prior to departure only. We kindly ask you complete the Request a Change to my Policy Form, which can be found on our website. The links are also below for your convenience.
Please ensure you provide all the details necessary for us confirm the change, including your Policy Reference Number, your name, the level of cover you wish to obtain and if there have been any changes to your travel plans or details as noted on your existing Certificate of insurance.
If your policy is still within Cooling-off period, it may be best to cancel your policy and obtain a new quote and issue a new policy.
